Zocdoc is a leading healthcare technology company that helps people find and book doctors online. We are growing rapidly and seeking a strategic Content Marketing Lead to accelerate our brand and patient acquisition efforts.

Role Overview

As Content Marketing Lead at Zocdoc, you will own the content strategy and execution that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across channels. You will partner with product marketing, growth, and design to build a scalable editorial program that resonates with patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the content strategy and editorial calendar aligned to business goals
• Create and optimize multi-channel content (blog, guides, emails, social, video) that educates patients and drives sign-ups
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to translate complex healthcare information into clear, actionable content
• Measure impact using analytics, experiments, and A/B testing; report on content performance
• Coach and mentor junior writers and agencies to maintain brand voice and quality
• Ensure content adheres to regulatory and privacy guidelines within healthcare

Requirements

• 5+ years in content marketing or growth marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven track record building and owning an editorial calendar and content programs
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of brand voice
• Experience with SEO, content analytics, and content management systems
• Collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have

• Experience at a consumer healthcare platform or marketplace
• Experience with demand generation and demand metrics
