- Collaborate with Product, Data, Sales, Service, and Legal to enforce standards.
- Investigate complex cases and manage high-volume user inquiries.
- Identify trends and escalate insights to T&S leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve policies, processes, and tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute the T&S mission.

- 1+ years of hands-on Trust & Safety, operations, or service experience.
- Strong written communication to clearly articulate policies via email.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Excellent critical thinking with high-stakes decisions.
- Empathy and resilience with user perspectives to navigate sensitive issues.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability with proactive problem solving.
