Job Overview

As an Associate, Strategic Finance, you will partner with cross-functional teams to build financial models, conduct forecasting, monitor performance, and advise on growth initiatives. You will contribute to budgeting, scenario analysis, and executive reporting to support data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Partner with product, sales, marketing, and operations to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics, perform variance analysis, and prepare executive-ready reports.
Support strategic initiatives and business cases for growth opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into financial plans and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
Strong Excel/Spreadsheet modeling skills; familiarity with SQL or data tooling is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
