Job Description

Zocdoc is looking for an Analyst, Operations to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will help optimize operational processes, analyze data to uncover insights, and support cross-functional teams to improve patient experiences and overall workflow efficiency.

What You'll Do

Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Build and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making across the operations organization.
Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and other teams to implement scalable, data-driven solutions.
Document processes, maintain data quality, and support day-to-day operational workflows.
Contribute to ongoing enhancements in data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
