- Customer Mastery: Push back when necessary while keeping satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented and proactive; anticipate needs.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client cadences/workshops.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Hands-on config and executive relationship management.
