📋 Description

  • Manage enterprise customers on Zip with cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain high engagement and customer loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer success, technical account mgmt, or strategic consulting.
  • Procurement background with ERP (Netsuite, Coupa), HRIS (Workday), CLM, GRC.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
  • Strong project management to handle a dynamic portfolio.
  • Creative problem solving with attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player who fills gaps across company/team/self.
