📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across industries and drive success on Zip.
  • Advise customers on transforming B2B purchasing to deliver value.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Privacy.
  • Maintain high engagement and customer adoption with loyalty focus.
  • Track customer health using data-driven adoption metrics.
  • Partner with product and engineering to translate needs into new solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing CS, AM, or strategic consulting; B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Procurement background with ERP (Netsuite, Coupa), HRIS (Workday), CLM, GRC.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customers.
  • Strong project management for a dynamic customer portfolio.
  • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Business-process oriented; optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Proactive team player; identify process gaps and help across teams.
  • Nice to have: payments software experience; SaaS workflow tools; MBA or top-tier consulting.
