- 1+ years as Designated Support Engineer or similar.
- Proven success supporting enterprise-scale environments with complex integrations.
- Experience partnering with Engineering to influence prioritization and outcomes.
- Own high-pressure situations and drive issues to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer empathy and prioritization.
- Advanced debugging across REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and SSO; webhooks.
- ERP platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP); iPaaS/integration frameworks; SCIM provisioning.
