πŸ“‹ Description

  • Act as the primary technical contact for assigned enterprise customers, owning engagements end-to-end.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer environments, workflows, and integration needs.
  • Provide proactive guidance to optimize reliability, scalability, and adoption.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer engineering, operations, procurement, and IT.
  • Lead investigations across integrations, identity/SAML, and backend systems.
  • Establish regular engagement rhythms: reviews, health checks, roadmap alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–6 years in a technical, customer-facing role, ideally enterprise SaaS.
  • 1+ years as Designated Support Engineer or similar.
  • Proven success supporting enterprise-scale environments with complex integrations.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering to influence prioritization and outcomes.
  • Own high-pressure situations and drive issues to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer empathy and prioritization.
  • Advanced debugging across REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and SSO; webhooks.
  • ERP platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP); iPaaS/integration frameworks; SCIM provisioning.
