📋 Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-volume third-party events to drive leads.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor contracts, budgets, and on-site delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify attendees and run pre-event meetings.

  • Develop booth activations and brand storytelling with Brand/Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in event marketing.
  • End-to-end event execution for high-volume programs.
  • Strong organizational skills; manage complex logistics.
  • Data-driven with experience analyzing CPL, ROI, pipeline attribution.
  • Budget ownership and vendor/venue negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including copywriting.
