About the role

  • Take complete responsibility for customer success and program delivery
  • Engage with senior leadership (of both Zeta & Client organization) to identify program purpose & objectives, often leading requirement analysis & business case preparation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Own the program management function - planning, leadership buy-in, prioritization, and program delivery management. Work closely with Client and Zeta leadership to ensure OKRs are met
  • Lead program governance, and communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, including executive management and board members
  • Understand the tradeoffs of schedule, scope, and quality, making decisions as needed to meet program goals
  • Take lead in risk/issue mitigation and escalate as necessary to maintain program velocity
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout program execution. Measure program performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Build and coach a mid-sized team of program managers, analysts, and project managers
  • Define how good becomes better. In other words, establish then work from a benchmark and build a metrics dashboard to demonstrate success in program/project completion and areas for improvement
  • What would you do here?

  • Central POC for Zeta’s various Product Implementations, Delivery, and technology partners for end-to-end project implementation, UAT, and subsequent Production issues
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
  • Plan, develop and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with project sponsor and project stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project
  • Regular communication and status of the management team
  • Monitor and manage priority for deliverables in a capacity-based methodology
  • Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (requires extensive follow-up & coordination)
  • Detailed project planning and control
  • Managing project deliverables, project scope, and change control in line with the project plan
  • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
  • Prioritizing project goals with other ongoing projects
  • What are we looking for?

  • 7-8 years of project management experience in Cards and Payments domain.
  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and project delivery
  • Very flexible and with a strong ability to see what needs to be done, take ownership and act on it without detailed supervision
  • Must be from a technical background and have hands-on experience with any tech stacks (Java), Microservices, and design principles.
  • Experience working with project management and prioritization tools
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships
  • Strong hands-on experience on any project management tools like JIRA/ Rally/ etc.
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be effective in interpersonal communication
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams at the same time
  • Combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle
  • Rigorous - asks hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots
  • Ability to drive change in a technical work environment
