About the Role

The profile will play a key role in driving the technical direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end developers and UI engineers. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. Drive the execution of frontend/UI development projects from concept to delivery.

Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and emerging front-end technologies. Provide technical leadership and contribute to the development of best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.

Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain effective testing processes to ensure high-quality frontend/UI deliverables.Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability

Skills

Love programming and you are good at designing the user experience across platforms

Aware of various product design, functional design and usability factors in designing

Proven experience managing and leading frontend/UI development teams.

Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

Handle UI integration with REST-APIs

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Ability to address and resolve issues related to cross-browser compatibility and ensure a consistent user experience across different browsers.

Experience and Qualifications

Overall of 10+ years of experience

B.Tech/M.Tech in computer science, information technology or a related field.
