Responsibilities

Support the People Partner team with key projects and BAU's

Help set up and improve HR processes

Track team goals and keep project updates organized

Review policies and suggest ways to make them clearer

Conduct external benchmarking to bring in relevant industry practices.

Must be familiar with designing user guides/product documents

Responsible for research and analysis of zeta products

Create and curate content based on requirements

Deliver product training

Skills

Interest in setting HR processes

Good at organizing, communicating, and working with different people.

Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Sheets, Docs, and basic project trackers.

Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Must have interest or passion in Learning and Development

Fair understanding of Technology

Excellent communication skills

Experience and Qualifications

Should be proficient with G suite tools

Masters/MBA degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or a related field is preferred
