This position will be reporting into the Brand team, and working day-to-day with the Growth team.
The Brand team, led by Julien, is dedicated to crafting impactful and innovative content that captures attention and drives engagement. Our goal is to establish Zefir as the most memorable brand in the real estate sector by leveraging cutting-edge advertising strategies across digital platforms.
The Growth team, led by Constance, focuses on putting Zefir on an exponential trajectory, while building an efficient and robust acquisition engine.

As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across all Zefir touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing impactful creative assets and copy that engage, convert, and retain customers - whether for product launches, events, ad campaigns, partnerships, or email reactivation. You'll establish strategic and creative frameworks that reinforce our brand platform while driving measurable performance.
We're looking for someone who can dissect why Nike's "Just Do It" works at a psychological level, then architect our own category-defining creative approach for real estate. You'll have strategic autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, an active role in our growth trajectory and the opportunity to shape the creative DNA of one of Europe's most ambitious proptech brands.
Develop and execute creative strategies that drive performance across paid media, CRM, and brand initiatives
Lead creative ideation with the support of our Acquisition manager and our creative agency to create high-converting campaign concepts
Ruthlessly assess performance and constantly iterate on the best concepts
Hands-on execution to produce static visuals and iterate quickly, leveraging AI to accelerate tests
Building a team of top-tier freelancers to create other visuals/videos.
Copywriting support for communications campaigns (emails, ads and visuals), either directly or by creating specialized AI agents that respect our brand identity and tone of voice.
3-5 years of creative strategy experience at agencies or high-growth tech companies with proven business impact
Successful track record of driving acquisition performance through impactful creative assets and copywriting
Proficiency in design and video tools (Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and AI creative models/tools (Midjourney, Pletor, veo3…) for rapid prototyping and execution
Analytical mindset: experienced with A/B testing, identifying patterns, and using data to optimize creative performance
Strong rigor and organization: you think systematically, document learnings, and build repeatable frameworks
Proactivity & creativity: You proactively bring bold, unconventional ideas that challenge category norms
Comfortable with rapid iteration and managing ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment
Experience with email design and CRM creative requirements is a plus
