This position will sit within the Brand team, working hand-in-hand with the Growth team and collaborating with Product and Creative stakeholders when needed.
The Brand team builds powerful and memorable experiences across all Zefir touchpoints — from our owned media channels to our social platforms, podcast formats, creative campaigns, offline activations, and internal culture moments. Our mission is simple: make Zefir unforgettable.
The Growth team puts Zefir on an exponential trajectory by designing a highly efficient acquisition engine, implementing structured experimentation, and scaling performance across channels.
This is not a “designer role.” This is an experience architect role.
As a Brand Experience Designer, you will shape every moment of the Zefir journey — from the first social impression to the product experience, to the handover of the keys and long-term brand affinity. You will design experiences that feel cohesive, memorable, and emotionally resonant, across all channels and touchpoints.
You will explore and define:
How Zefir sounds (sound branding, notification sound, podcast identity)
How Zefir looks across social, product, and physical experiences
How Zefir feels during the selling/buying journey (guidance, reassurance, clarity)
What a customer receives (gifting moments, celebration kits, printed materials)
How Zefir celebrates life changes (closing experience, onboarding rituals)
How Zefir communicates at every step of the user journey (emails, SMS, product screens)
You’ll collaborate with Brand, Growth, Product, Ops, and even Sales to ensure that every interaction tells a coherent, inspiring, and human story. You will be responsible for turning our brand platform into a full sensory and emotional universe.
Map and design the end-to-end journey for sellers, buyers, and agents
Define clear experience principles for how Zefir should feel at every stage
Spot friction points and transform them into meaningful brand moments
Extend the visual identity across web, social, product UI, print, motion, and events
Explore sound branding opportunities to enrich our sensory universe
Define photography direction and imagery standards across channels and product
Identify key moments that deserve emotional elevation
Design thoughtful touchpoints that reinforce trust, clarity, and celebration
Bring consistency and humanity to the life-change journey
Design visual systems and formats for our editorial ecosystem (Notre Maison, ClassRoom, Podcast, News)
Support video, motion, and social content with high-impact branded assets
Partner with Product, Growth, and Ops to ensure a seamless brand experience across digital and physical interactions
Coordinate with external creatives (motion, 3D, photography, sonic) when needed
Maintain and evolve a cohesive multi-touchpoint brand system
Document frameworks, templates, and design principles for scalability
Experiment rapidly using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, GPT agents)
3–6 years in brand design, experience design, communication design, or creative direction
A portfolio that shows mastery across visual, motion, product-adjacent, and experiential work
Experience designing customer journeys, not just individual assets
Ability to think across digital, physical, sensory, emotional, and service design
Comfort exploring sound branding, photographic direction, packaging, or spatial experience
Deep understanding of psychology, emotion, and consumer perception
A mindset blending:

Solid proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, motion tools, and AI creative workflows
Ability to collaborate with Product, Ops, and Growth teams
