Zazzle is looking for a

German Language Specialist to join our Cork team. They will be responsible for localising our German-language domains, and assisting German customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Localise all website copy, including product descriptions and new features, with translations, measurements, cultural references etc, using a range of internal tools.
  • Ensure that key touchpoints including the Homepage and Top Navigation are seasonally and culturally relevant.
  • Localise onsite top landing pages and experiences, and optimise for organic traffic, including keyword research and the creation of SEO copy.
  • Provide language support in creation or optimisation of SEM paid search campaigns.
  • Schedule calendared discounts, and adapt for the local market.
  • Localise & QA marketing emails and new or updated trigger/canvas campaigns.
  • Assist the Customer Care team by answering German language enquiries.Maintain German language Zendesk articles so they are up to date and accurate.
  • Monitor 3rd-party review sites, responding to or escalating issues when needed.Complete local competitor research on pricing, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Support all other Zazzle teams with German language support when required.
  • About You:

  • Native German speaker, also with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Translation and copywriting skills, localising English to German.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn and use lots of new tools.
  • Organised and excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM Rush and other marketing tools are a plus.
