🎯 Requirements

5+ years in production, line producing, or digital content ops
Experience managing YouTube native or digital-first productions
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and talent
Systems-oriented mindset to build scalable processes
Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving in fast-moving environments
