- Proven experience managing external vendors or agency relationships, including deliverables tracking and quality oversight.
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
- Excellent communication; hold partners accountable while maintaining relationships.
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and proposes solutions.
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy, process, and execution.
