Senior Product Designer

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer who can provide professional input on complex assignments/projects while providing direction to more junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work autonomously on complex design challengesAnalyze and resolve complex design problems through in-depth evaluation of multiple variablesDevelop and implement creative and effective design solutions that align with company objectivesExercise sound judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting both standard and complex design techniquesUtilize in-depth professional knowledge to develop design models and procedures while monitoring industry trendsDirect the application of existing design principles and contribute to new policy developmentAdapt communication style and use persuasion effectively when delivering messages to different stakeholders

Required Competencies:

Advanced wide-ranging experience in product designStrong understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplinesAbility to determine and implement methods and procedures for new assignmentsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situationsStrong communication and presentation skills for conveying design decisionsDemonstrated ability to manage operational initiatives to achieve tactical goalsTrack record of delivering measurable results within own discipline
