🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in ad tech, yield optimization, programmatic operations, or data analytics; preferably at a digital publisher or ad management company.
  • Experience working with Looker or other BI visual reporting tools.
  • Strong command of Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google Analytics, Prebid, and header bidding environments.
  • Prior experience in publisher monetization, yield management, or revenue optimization.
  • Ability to analyze auction metrics (eCPM, RPM, RPS, fill rate, latency) and turn insights into measurable actions.
  • Working knowledge of site performance tools (e.g., Chrome Console, Professor Prebid, Google Lighthouse, WebPageTest) and understanding of UX tradeoffs in monetization.
