Develop RF test cases and calibration procedures for BAW filter devices (2 GHz to >10 GHz)
Link wafer probe data to final RF test, driving root-cause analysis of yield detractors
Use SPC and DOE to monitor and improve yield across the manufacturing flow
Develop CoO and risk models to evaluate probe test strategies and coverage
Optimize RF test workflow and throughput in a high-mix environment
Collaborate with design teams on DFM and yield optimization

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related STEM
Experience in RF testing, yield engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing
2+ years in RF test development or semiconductor yield engineering
RF measurement principles (S-parameters, insertion loss, return loss, calibration)
Familiarity with RF BAW filter tech and test challenges
Experience with automated probe stations, VNAs, RF tools
