🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the luxury market
Previous yacht industry experience as broker, central agent, or yacht service provider
Experience building and servicing FIT packages for high-touch clientele
Strong consultative sales approach with proven ability to close sales
Excellent client relationship management with high-touch clientele
Ability to resolve problems independently and promptly
