The Senior Product Manager – Xsolla Ads & Rewards will work directly with the company’s Head of Product, Ads B2C to deliver cross-functional execution for our B2C product line. You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and external partners to deliver high-impact features and optimizations that enhance performance, user experience, and value for game developers and advertisers alike. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment, driving product strategy while being hands-on with day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities Obsess over user experience, user motivation and conversion optimizationKeen understanding of how to deploy game mechanics to influence user behaviorHelp to launch and optimize the soon-to-be-released version of our consumer appThrive in a lean startup environmentHighly data-driven (e.g. adept at using metrics, analytics and A/B testing to drive product decisions)Strong vision and creativity (e.g. natural ability to generate ideas, think laterally to solve problems), but also...Highly organized and pragmatic (e.g. can efficiently analyze tradeoffs, adept at prioritization and time management with limited resources and high uncertainty)Design and leverage analytics and A/B testing to monitor app performance, tune mechanics, optimize conversion and identify new features to impact KPIsCreate and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as product requirements documents, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specificationsTranslate product strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories using tools like JIRA and ProductboardAnticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical and resource constraintsConduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our user experienceCollaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation in the ad tech spaceIdentify user needs and opportunities through data analysis, surveys, interviews, and other quantitative and qualitative methodsWork closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution and iterationWork with Operations team to productize back end tools for delivery, analytics, and insights Qualifications & Skills 5-8 years of product management experience dealing with Consumer Apps and User Experience, ideally with exposure to gaming, loyalty, or rewards, or mobile monetizationProficiency with JIRA, Productboard, and other product lifecycle toolsProven track record deploying game mechanics to influence user behavior (direct experience with mobile free-to-play games a huge plus)Deep experience with conversion optimization, A/B tests and user researchAdvanced Excel skillsBasic to advanced knowledge of SQL (a huge plus)Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data platforms, experimentation, and KPI ownershipExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly to both technical and business stakeholdersWhy Join Xsolla?
