RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and ship reliable, secure, and scalable backend systems.

Own implementation from design to deployment, ensuring maintainability, security, and performance.

Participate in architectural discussionsand provide informed technical input.

Refactor legacy codebasesto improve structure and efficiency while maintaining feature continuity.

Drive production readinessby managing incident response, root cause analysis, and observability improvements.

Write clear, testable, and well-documented code, emphasizing quality and automation.

Contribute to code reviews and design discussions, promoting engineering excellence.

Collaborate cross-functionallywith product managers, designers, and engineers to align on objectives and deliverables.

Contribute to technical scoping and estimationfor features and infrastructure work.

Identify and reduce technical debt, continuously improving the developer experience

REQUIREMENTS

6+ yearsof professional experience insoftware engineering.

2+ yearsof hands-on experience withGo (Golang)in production environments.

Strong experience withPostgreSQLand/orMySQL.

Proficiency withDocker,Kubernetes (K8s), andHelm.

Familiarity withmessaging systemslikeRabbitMQorKafka.

Comfortable usingGitandCI/CD pipelinesin collaborative workflows.

Working knowledge offrontend technologies, especiallyReactand/orNext.js.

Basic understanding ofcloud platforms(Google Cloud Platform preferred).

NICE TO HAVE

Experience buildingscalable, secure Login-as-a-Service platforms.

Deep knowledge ofOAuth2,OIDC,SAML,JWT, andsession/token management.

Strong grasp ofsocial login,SSO, andfederated identity.

Experience designingmulti-tenant identity systemswith isolation and configurability.

Delivereddeveloper-friendly APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation.

Excellent English communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
