ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Product Owner who is technically curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about developer-facing products. You will join a cross-functional product team focused on building tools, APIs, and capabilities that allow developers to create extensions, integrations, and modular features on top of our platform. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and platform-driven environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and excels at translating developer needs into clear product requirements. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and experience with API-driven or extensible products are essential. If you’re excited about improving developer workflows, building scalable extension frameworks, and empowering teams to deliver innovative digital experiences, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the plugin ecosystem strategy — defining how third-party developers build, extend, and integrate with the platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design APIs, SDKs, and developer tools enabling modular, scalable integrations.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from internal teams, partners, and external developers.
  • Create and maintain developer documentation, guidelines, onboarding flows, and best practices for plugin development.
  • Identify and define new plugin use cases that expand platform capabilities and support business goals.
  • Shape the end-to-end developer experience by ensuring clear architecture, strong tooling, and efficient onboarding.
  • Work cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Design, Partnerships) to manage the lifecycle of the plugin ecosystem — from discovery to global adoption.
  • Collect developer feedback, evaluate metrics, and continuously improve platform APIs, SDKs, integrations, and developer support systems.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS, platform, API/SDK, or developer-focused products.
  • Proven experience working with or managing plugin ecosystems, extensible platforms, or developer tooling.
  • Strong understanding of frontend ecosystems (React, TypeScript, npm) and modern web platform concepts.
  • Deep knowledge of API-driven development and integration models.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and developer-ready documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with engineering teams and external developers.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent English.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Builder.io, Framer, Shopify, or other extensible builders.
  • Background in frontend engineering.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, gaming platforms, or creator-economy ecosystems.
  • Understanding of versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and open-API ecosystems.
  • Technical degree (CS, Engineering, or related).
  • Additional Information
