ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Next.js) who is product-minded, detail-oriented, and driven by building seamless, scalable user experiences across the stack. You thrive in cross-functional teams, translating complex business needs into clean, performant code — from polished UIs to resilient backend services.

You’re comfortable owning features end-to-end, writing maintainable code, optimizing systems for performance, and making architectural decisions with confidence. You bring strong experience with Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), and are eager to contribute to high-impact systems that serve global audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), and Payload CMS.
  • Build and optimize backend APIs using Express and modern architectural principles.
  • Design robust SQL and NoSQL schemas for both OLTP and OLAP use cases.
  • Build and maintain event-driven systems supporting high-load, real-time operations.
  • Refactor legacy codebases for improved performance, maintainability, and modern best practices.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using Docker and GitLab CI (or similar tools).
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end feature development.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js (TypeScript).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Familiar with Payload CMS or other headless/content API systems.
  • Proficient in backend API development with Express.js and REST/GraphQL.
  • Comfortable with event-driven architecture and high-load systems.
  • Experienced with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Skilled in working with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and Agile collaboration tools.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with monorepos, microfrontend architecture, or modular web applications.
  • Familiarity with hybrid rendering strategies (SSR, SSG) and performance optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience customizing Payload CMS and improving editor experience.
  • A strong sense of UI/UX quality and interest in DevOps, monitoring, and reliability.
