ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an Events & Programming Manager who is creative, operationally excellent, relationship-driven, and energized by community-building. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about crafting experiences that genuinely add value for members and attract the wider gaming ecosystem into the Club.

You excel at end-to-end production, stakeholder and vendor management, and programming strategy, combining the ability to design compelling event concepts with the discipline to execute flawlessly. You are data-driven, organized, and adept at balancing creativity with operational rigor. You enjoy collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, and you take pride in delivering memorable, on-brand experiences.

If you are passionate about creating high-impact programming, strengthening the gaming community, and operating inside an innovative new members-only space, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a quarterly programming plan; deliver approximately 2–3 events per week, including meetups, workshops, demo days, game jams, tournaments, pitch nights, partner showcases, member socials, and launches.
  • Own end-to-end production: event briefs, budgets, timelines, run-of-show, staffing and volunteers, and vendor coordination (AV/streaming/recording, catering/bar, security); oversee on-site execution.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external organizers, speakers, and sponsors; negotiate deliverables, expectations, and ensure brand alignment.
  • Coordinate space readiness with Site and Technical teams, including access control, AV/IT, recording/streaming setups, and ticketing/registration workflows.
  • Operate free and paid event models using external ticketing tools or the Xsolla Club app (Club Points); reconcile attendance and payments with Finance.
  • Drive attendee experience and safety; implement feedback loops and continuous improvements across programs.
  • Report weekly on performance metrics: attendance, registration conversion, satisfaction/NPS, member participation rates, event cost, partner/sponsor impact, and operational learnings.
  • Maintain JIRA boards, templates, documentation, and post-mortems to standardize planning and elevate execution quality across the events function.
  • Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on events production or programming experience in coworking, hospitality, media, or the gaming ecosystem.
  • At least 2 years running events end-to-end with full production ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to sustain a high-cadence events calendar (2–3 events per week) while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Experience owning event budgets and managing vendors and contracts.
  • Strong production capabilities: run-of-show design, stage/AV fundamentals, streaming/recording workflows, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort defining targets and reporting KPIs (attendance, NPS/satisfaction, member participation, cost per event, partner impact).
  • Excellent partner sourcing, stakeholder communication skills, and strong on-stage/moderation presence when needed.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; JIRA experience or ability to learn quickly.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
  • On-site role in Tel Aviv: core Sun–Thu hours with regular evening events and occasional weekends as required.
  • Eligible to work in Israel; no visa sponsorship available.
