Vice President, Talent Operations at Xometry
Xometry is seeking a strategic, senior leader to head Talent Operations. In this executive role, you will partner with the CEO and the executive team to propel people strategy across the organization, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, HRIS, compliance, and people analytics. The VP will design scalable processes to support a growing, hybrid workforce and will lead a team of professionals spanning recruiting, people operations, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution to attract top talent across functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee onboarding, new hire integration, and ongoing employee development programs.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and total rewards in alignment with market benchmarks and company goals.
- Direct HRIS and people analytics to inform strategic decision making and improve workforce planning.
- Establish scalable HR processes to support a hybrid workforce and rapid growth, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Foster an inclusive, high performance culture and partner with senior leadership on organizational design and succession planning.
- Lead and develop the Talent Operations team, setting priorities and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Operations, or People Operations, with a track record in high growth and hybrid environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on experience implementing HRIS, ATS, and analytics.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and executive partnering skills.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
