Vice President, Talent Operations

Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Vice President, Talent Operations to lead our global talent strategy and people operations. In this executive role, you will partner with senior leadership to design and scale talent processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, learning, and HR systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive talent operations strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent across the organization.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, People Operations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HRIS systems.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, DEI initiatives, and organizational design to support rapid growth.
• Partner with executives to drive data-driven HR decisions through robust analytics and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain scalable, efficient HR processes.
• Build and evolve a high-performing, inclusive company culture aligned with Xometry’s values.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR/People operations with 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record scaling Talent Operations in fast-growing organizations.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with HRIS implementations and data-driven talent strategies.
