Overview

Xometry is seeking a visionary Vice President, Talent Management to lead the strategy and execution of all people-centric programs. This executive role partners with the CEO and senior leadership to shape talent, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the talent management strategy to attract, develop, and retain high-potential leaders.
  • Lead leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and compensation programs.
  • Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and people analytics to fuel scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to foster a strong culture, DEI, and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain robust learning and development programs and clear career pathways.
  • Partner with recruiting to align talent strategy with business goals and growth plans.
  • Lead change management initiatives across a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a track record in talent management, organizational development, and leadership development.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business partnership, and communication skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Experience supporting growth in technology-enabled or manufacturing environments; experience with scaling organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
