Job Overview

Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales for Key Accounts to lead enterprise sales efforts and manage the company’s most important customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the account strategy for top Key Accounts to achieve multi-year revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to deliver customer value and scalable solutions.
  • Own forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and executive-level negotiations for complex deals.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with senior executives at key customers.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in B2B environments, preferably in manufacturing marketplaces or technology-enabled services.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and quota attainment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience building and leading regional or global sales organizations.
