The Vice President of Sales for Key Accounts will develop and execute strategic account plans, accelerate revenue growth, and lead a high-impact sales organization focused on strategic, multi-million-dollar opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for top clients.
- Build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize client value.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team; define KPIs, targets, and forecasts.
- Identify market opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and close multi-million-dollar agreements.
- Monitor pipeline, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of closing large, strategic deals.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, build trust with C-suite executives, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience building scalable sales processes and managing teams in a fast-moving marketplace.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
