Overview
Xometry is seeking a Vice President, Sales, Key Accounts to lead the growth and management of strategic, high-value customer relationships. Based in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid work arrangement, the VP will set the enterprise sales strategy, build and lead a high-performance Key Accounts team, and drive revenue growth across strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term account growth strategy for top customers.
- Lead, coach, and scale the Key Accounts sales team; recruit and mentor managers.
- Build executive-level relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders; align with product, marketing, and operations.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, quota attainment, and territory planning; deliver accurate revenue projections.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, delivery, and customer success.
- Represent Xometry in industry forums and at major client events.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise/key account sales with a proven track record of leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep experience selling to C-level executives and managing large, complex deals.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data-driven forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred; manufacturing, supply chain, or SaaS experience is a plus.
