Vice President, Sales, Key Accounts at Xometry
Xometry is seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Sales for Key Accounts to lead our most important customer relationships and drive revenue growth. This hybrid, full-time role is based in San Francisco, CA.
Overview
You will own the strategy, execution, and leadership of the Key Accounts sales function, partnering with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver exceptional value to customers while accelerating Xometry's growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the account strategy for Xometry's top customers, aligning sales with product and marketing to maximize lifetime value.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Key Accounts sales team; recruit, coach, and develop future leaders.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment for assigned book of business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Establish executive-level relationships with decision-makers and secure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record in Key Accounts or strategic account management.
- Proven ability to lead large, distributed sales teams and drive revenue growth in complex markets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
