  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives while delivering outstanding service to customers.
  • Account planning, forecasting, and positioning for Supplier Services accounts.
  • Establish sales channel structure with SDRs, AEs and key accounts to hit revenue targets.
  • Train, mentor, and coach sales leaders and account executives to be best in class.
  • Lead land-and-expand sales motions to grow revenue and address customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and business relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of tech/ marketplace sales management with multi-level selling and proven overachievement.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 50.
  • Strategic sales experience across multiple offerings and personas.
  • Experience building strategic growth plans including account and activity planning.
  • Proven ability to build senior-level customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
