- 12+ years of tech/ marketplace sales management with multi-level selling and proven overachievement.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience leading a team of at least 50.
- Strategic sales experience across multiple offerings and personas.
- Experience building strategic growth plans including account and activity planning.
- Proven ability to build senior-level customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
