Overview
As Vice President, HR Operations at Xometry, based in Boston, MA, Hybrid, you will lead global HR operations and scale people processes to support rapid growth. You will partner with executive leadership to shape the people strategy, ensure compliance, and build scalable programs across the company.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize HR operations programs (talent acquisition support, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance) to support Xometry's growth.
- Lead HRIS strategy and system integrations to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve processes and policy development across all regions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR Operations team; develop succession plans and talent management workflows.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong data privacy practices.
- Collaborate with executives to define people metrics and reporting to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading HRIS implementations and HR analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and collaboration with C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business goals into scalable HR programs.
- BA/BS degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
