Overview
As a Technical Account Manager at Xometry, you will serve as the technical and strategic advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers leveraging Xometry's on-demand manufacturing platform. In this hybrid, Austin-based role, you will drive customer success by onboarding customers, promoting product adoption, and delivering technical guidance and issue resolution across design, quoting, and production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic customers and act as their primary technical point of contact.
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful platform adoption through training, enablement resources, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into technical requirements and provide product feedback.
- Coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams and communicate progress to customers.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop technical success plans to maximize value realization.
- Monitor usage metrics, health signals, and customer satisfaction to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Technical Account Management or Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with APIs, data analysis, and a working knowledge of manufacturing workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to travel as needed and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
