About the role
As a Technical Account Manager at Xometry, based in Denver and operating in a hybrid model, you will be the technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic accounts, helping customers realize value from Xometry's on-demand manufacturing platform.
What you'll do
- Own and grow relationships with assigned accounts, driving customer success and long-term retention.
- Provide technical guidance on manufacturing processes, part qualification, materials, and tolerances.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to resolve issues and translate customer needs into product feedback.
- Lead onboarding, drive product adoption, and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Monitor account health metrics, prepare quarterly reviews, and advocate for customer needs in the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Sales to expand the footprint within accounts.
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or related roles in B2B manufacturing or software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic data analysis (Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
