Xometry is a leading on-demand manufacturing marketplace that connects customers with a global network of manufacturers. This Technical Account Manager role is a key part of our customer success and solutions team.

What you'll do

Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with assigned customers.
Understand customer goals and map them to Xometry's platform and services.
Drive product adoption, onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement.
Serve as the technical advisor, respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering as needed.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and drive renewals/upsell opportunities.
Monitor customer health metrics, usage, and satisfaction; identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve features and workflows.

Who you are

3+ years of technical account management, customer success, or related experience.
Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in hybrid work environments and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis, and a customer-first mindset.
