Overview

Xometry is seeking a Technical Account Manager (Hybrid) in San Jose, CA to act as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will help customers maximize value from Xometry's on-demand manufacturing platform by aligning technical capabilities with business goals, guiding onboarding, and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, coordinating with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure success.
  • Understand customers' manufacturing workflows, data integration needs, and success metrics.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and training to drive platform adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations as needed.
  • Capture customer feedback, advocate for product improvements, and help prioritize enhancements with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage renewal and expansion opportunities, align success plans with customer business goals.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, success metrics, and ensure SLA adherence where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, API integrations, and technical onboarding.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing/support systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
