Technical Account Manager at Xometry in Fremont, CA (hybrid).
Role overview
You will serve as the primary technical liaison between Xometry customers and internal product, engineering, and sales teams. You will own the post-sale lifecycle for strategic accounts, drive onboarding and adoption, ensure value realization, and support renewal and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the Xometry platform and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer goals
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical guidance tailored to customer needs
- Resolve technical issues and manage escalations with engineering and support teams
- Capture customer feedback and communicate feature requests to product
- Help customers realize value, drive adoption, and support contract renewals
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or enterprise SaaS role
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain domains
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment; willingness to travel as needed
