Supply Chain Manager, LATAM

Overview

Xometry is seeking a Contract Supply Chain Manager for LATAM. This remote role focuses on optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations across Latin America. The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. This position is remote and LATAM-based.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for LATAM markets.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Coordinate procurement, inbound logistics, and distribution to customers.
• Perform demand forecasting, inventory planning, and S&OP processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations, preferably in LATAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
