Sourcing Lead

About the Role

Xometry is seeking a Senior Sourcing Lead to join our Bangalore team. This on-site role focuses on strategic supplier sourcing, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and strong supplier relationship management to support Xometry's manufacturing marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across key supplier categories.
\n
• Build and manage a diverse supplier network, conduct due diligence and onboarding processes.
\n
• Negotiate terms, SLAs, and contracts; monitor supplier performance metrics and risk.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Product, Operations, Finance, Quality).
\n
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and supplier performance.
\n
• Drive process improvements and scalability of the supplier base in India and beyond.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5-8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or manufacturing marketplace environments.
\n
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
\n
• Experience with supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance measurement.
\n
• Data-driven decision making; proficiency with Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
\n
