Xometry is a manufacturing marketplace that connects buyers with suppliers to design, quote, and manufacture custom parts quickly and reliably. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical bridge between customers, sales, and our product team to deliver scalable, effective solutions.

Role Overview

You will partner with sales to understand customer needs, articulate technical requirements, and design solutions that leverage Xometry’s platform. You will demonstrate capabilities, influence technical outcomes, and support customers through the adoption lifecycle with a focus on value realization and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to scope technical requirements and craft solution proposals.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to customer needs.
Assist with integrations and data exchange via APIs, ERP/CRM connectors, and other interfaces.
Respond to technical inquiries, shape RFP responses, and contribute to solution architectures.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, collecting feedback for product and process improvements.
Coordinate with engineering, professional services, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of solutions engineering, pre-sales, or related customer-facing technical roles.
Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and data formats (JSON, XML).
Experience with cloud platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration patterns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
