Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will partner with customers to design and implement manufacturing solutions using Xometry's on-demand manufacturing platform. Based in Chicago, IL with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, deliver technical demonstrations, architect custom workflows, and integrate customer systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and translate them into scalable manufacturing solutions on the Xometry platform.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments for prospective and existing customers.
• Design and propose integration approaches, including API integrations with customers' ERP/PLM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of solutions.
• Provide post-sale technical support and guidance, acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in manufacturing or software with a track record in solutions engineering or technical sales support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with API integrations, ERP/CRM systems, and modern software development practices is a plus.
