As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will lead technical pre-sales engagements for our leading on-demand manufacturing platform. You will translate customer requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery calls and gather complex customer requirements.
Lead technical product demonstrations and present tailored solution architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and present technical proposals, proof-of-concepts, and scope estimates.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to prioritize projects and ensure successful deployments.
Provide feedback on product features and roadmap based on customer input.
Support onboarding and integration efforts when needed to maximize value for customers.

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or related roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.
Experience with manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM, or supply chain concepts.
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and cross-system workflows.
Ability to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions; willingness to travel as needed.
