Senior Solutions Engineer – Xometry

Location: Tucson, AZ (Hybrid). This is a full-time Senior Solutions Engineer role at Xometry. You will partner with customers to understand manufacturing challenges and architect technical solutions that integrate Xometry's marketplace with customer workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead technical engagements with customers to understand requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, prototype, and demonstrate solutions; translate customer needs into actionable plans.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, scoping, and feasibility assessments; prepare detailed solution proposals and integration blueprints.
• Support RFP responses and facilitate smooth handoff to delivery teams.
• Drive value realization during pilots and deployments and ensure customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles; manufacturing or industrial tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data exchange, and enterprise software/ERP/PLM workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree a plus.
