Overview

Xometry is a leading manufacturing marketplace connecting engineers with a network of manufacturing suppliers. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Partner Experience product area, shaping how partners onboard, engage, and derive value from the platform.

What you’ll do

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Experience.
Collaborate with partners, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success to deliver impactful features.
Gather and analyze partner feedback and platform metrics to inform priorities.
Prioritize initiatives, write clear requirements, and work with design and engineering to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
Measure impact, iterate, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on partner or marketplace ecosystems.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
Ability to translate partner needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
Familiarity with data metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
