Overview
Senior Product Manager, Buyer Experience & Storefront at Xometry. This hybrid role based in Boston will lead product strategy for the buyer journey and storefront in our B2B manufacturing marketplace. You will partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to define the roadmap, identify customer needs, and drive initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and buyer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the buyer experience and storefront.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to deliver features with measurable impact.
- Define success metrics, monitor dashboards, and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses.
- Prioritize the backlog, write PRDs and acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to optimize search, discovery, pricing, checkout, and storefront performance.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to a culture of user-centric product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B marketplaces or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL or similar data tools.
- Experience designing and interpreting experiments (A/B tests) and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with API design/integration and data modeling.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
