Senior Product Manager, Buyer Experience & Storefront at Xometry

Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of the Buyer Experience and Storefront. This hybrid role is based in North Bethesda, MD, and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the buyer journey and storefront features on our manufacturing marketplace.

The Role

Own the product vision and roadmap for the buyer experience and storefront. Partner with engineering, design, data, and sales to deliver features that simplify procurement, improve conversion, and drive buyer satisfaction. Define success metrics, gather customer and market insights, and translate them into actionable requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and backlog for Buyer Experience & Storefront
• Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements
• Create clear product requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams
• Work with data science to define metrics and measure impact of initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact improvements to the buyer journey

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B marketplaces or ecommerce
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence across teams
• Experience defining product roadmaps, writing PRDs, and working in an agile environment
• Familiarity with buyer/seller experiences in online marketplaces is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA optional
