Lead the manual quoting function to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive quotes for customers. This hybrid, Denver-based role partners with Sales, Finance, and Product to define pricing strategy, standardize quote processes, and drive revenue growth.
Overview
Your primary focus will be owning the end-to-end quote lifecycle, including quote preparation, pricing analysis, approvals, and continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the manual quoting team
- Develop pricing models and quote guidelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product to align on pricing strategy
- Approve complex quotes and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Implement process improvements to shorten quote cycle times
- Monitor key metrics and drive continuous optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in pricing, quoting, or sales operations
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with quoting systems and CRM/ERP tools
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking
